If you are seeing a message stating your ID Card is BLOCKED, this means you have entered your PIN (Personal Identification Number) incorrectly 3 times.

If you are receiving "Parameter is incorrect" message (when attempting to log onto a government computer) and you have already performed these steps.

Your only option is to visit the nearest RAPIDS (Real-time Automated Personal IDentification System) site to get the card reset or updated.  The CAC owner has to be present along with a second photo ID.  The RAPIDS site VO (Verifying Official) will verify your identity with your finger print.
